Foundations of Personal Fitness (FPF)

Health related fitness are muscular endurance muscular strength flexibility body composition and cardiovascular fitness.
My topic is about Flexibility. Flexibility refers to the range of motion that your joint have during movement. There are those foundations that I work on which are hurdler's stretch, deep knee bend and yoga plow. They all about flexibility. These work you can do for warm up and daily.
While you do those foundations, you stretch you your body and muscles. It is helpful to you when you do some exercises. It protects you, save you from hurt in sports. It is important , useful to you.
I have a dance class in school, we do warm up before we begin to dancing. While you do the hurdle's stretch. It use your muscles in back and leg. Those muscles work which gluteus, hamstrings, gastrocnemius, soleus and latissimus dorsi. While you do deep knee bend, it use your leg-muscles. The muscles work which are gastrocnemius, soleus and quadriceps(tensor fasciae latae, rectus femoris, sartorius, vastus lateralis, vastus medialis). While you do yoga plow, it uses your muscle on shoulder and leg which are latissimus dorsi, spinal erectors, gastrocnemius, soleus, gluteus and hamstrings.
The exercise make you healthy body. Healthy body make better life. The foundation help exercise.
This summer I would like to do some exercise for lose weight.
I would like to learn how to swim this summer, and I plan to ride bicycle after sunset.
